Media Supply

We supply an array of different media types to a variety of specifications for both Potable Water and Wastewater treatment plants. Please see below examples of typical media we regularly supply but are not limited to.

All specification documents are available upon request and are provided as standard with all media supply.

Media Installation

Si-SERVE utilizes our patented GM2 induction equipment (pictured below) for installing media into a filter. We hydrostatically induct media to cushion the particles on entry protecting both media and filter. We can also be flexible and utilize plant such as dumpers and cranes to complete media placement should the circumstances allow.

Our GM2 induction equipment has been specifically designed to take up a small footprint on site which is greatly beneficial when other operations on site are taking place simultaneously.

To ensure a full turnkey of works, we coordinate the supply of media in alignment with the scheduled works for induction to make for a smooth programme of works. Should however the client wish to supply the media and free issue it to Si-Serve then this is also an option.

We can complete media installation on a rolling programme of works moving from filter to filter subject to the site layout. Our induction equipment allows us to be cost effective against our competitors and time effective with an easy set up and quick induction times.
